Exchanges / Refunds & Returns:
 
Information
All exchanges / refunds and returns require a valid Reference Authentication Number (RAN).

To request a RAN please contact us through our website.  When completing the form please put 'RAN' in the subject box and provide your order number with a reason for your exchange / refund / return in the message box.  We will email you a RAN, please write this on the back of your invoice.

Goods sent for exchange / refund or return without a Reference Authentication Number (RAN) will NOT be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.  Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipment and the shipping fees for the exchanged item(s).  All goods for exchange / refund or return must be accompanied by the original invoice / proof of payment and sent to:

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice:   

When you are logged in to your account, you will see an orange link that says 'Orders History'. There you can search orders by date, order id or order status.  When you do your search, you can search for orders you have placed: today, this week, this month or all dates. To see more orders, use the dropdown 'FROM-TO' list to select date options.  You can also print invoices.  Please write your RAN on the back of your invoice (see information above).
 
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange items, however the customer is responsible for the cost of post and packing of the required replacement items.  When posting items back to us for exchange we recommend using recorded delivery or a signed-for service for your own security and peace of mind.  We cannot be held responsible for items claimed as 'lost in the post'.  Please enclose the original invoice / proof of payment with the good/s to be exchanged with the RAN written on the back of the invoice (see information above).
 
Refunds:
Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation.   When posting items back to us we recommend using  recorded delivery or a signed-for service for your own security and peace of mind.  We cannot be held responsible for items claimed as 'lost in the post'.  Please note we do not refund postage when returning goods to us unless they are deemed faulty.  Please enclose the original invoice / proof of payment with the good/s to be refunded with the RAN written on the back of the invoice (see information above).
 
Returns:
When posting items back to us we recommend using  recorded delivery or a signed-for service for your own security and peace of mind.  We cannot be held responsible for returned items claimed as 'lost in the post'.  Please enclose the original invoice / proof of payment with the returned good/s with the RAN written on the back of the invoice (see information above).  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, i.e Body Armour is £34.99 = £3.49 restocking fee.
 
CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE / REFUND / RETURN:
The good/s must be in the condition in which they were received and must not have been used.  If goods are being returned because they are faulty then we will reimburse your postage costs, if however they are being sent back for any other reason then we will refund the cost of goods only.
 
DVDs:
Defective DVD's - We will accept returns on defective DVDs for replacement only.  We will accept exchanges on unopened items only.  The customer will be responsible for the return shipping back to us and the shipping for the exchanged item.  Please read the item descriptions thoroughly before ordering or opening your items.

Foreign language DVDs - We make every effort to provide enough information regarding the language(s) included on DVD's.  If you have ordered a DVD that includes a language you are unfamiliar with, you may return it for store credit only if it has not been opened.
 
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the content of a DVD, it may not be returned under any circumstance.

 

Apparel, Gear, Equipment and Uniforms:

We will accept exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:

Items must be in the original packaging
Items must be clean and free from wear
Items must be unwashed

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible for exchange (i.e. are dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc...). All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of South Bank Taekwondo.

*Due to hygiene concerns, compression shorts, athletic supports & cups, mouthpieces, products made from lycra (fight shorts, compression shorts, rashguards, etc..) will not be eligible for return under any circumstance.

 

Books, Magazines, Software and Special Order items:

All books, magazines, software, and special order items are non-returnable.  We do not have a satisfaction guarantee policy.  If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the content of a book, it may not be returned under any circumstance.
